My Love,
I am the beating of your heart. I am the blood rushing through your veins. I am your muscle and fibre and thought. I am your immune system. We are a-life (alive), you and I together and the only thing missing some days is trust. Trust me my love. You are destined to be healthy and strong and free of pain. No one outside can hurt or help. We are responsible for the belief system under which we function and we must respond to the dis-ease of the body and mind. Do your part. Take care. Eat perfect food for your perfect body. Guard your thoughts lest they take you down a dark path. Use any and all resources available to you but know that deep down only you know what is best for you. Listen to the voice within. I am that voice and I will whisper words of encouragement and healing while you sleep. Your body was made to serve you well and it works perfectly without any coaching from outside sources. Still, remember God only helps those who help themselves so begin to work your body until all movement is effortless. I will be your medicine. Each night I will flow through your veins - your personal crusader for justice and I will drive the enemy out. I am a little bird and I will gently groom each unwanted particle from every infinitesimal cell until your body works in perfect harmony once more. Tomorrow, you will wake up refreshed and feeling better than you did today. Trust me and trust yourself. I will give you the courage to carry on and together we will triumph.
