Just a quick note about the angel picture on this page. I tried to make it look like a hand painted greeting card ... all except for Trevor who sat for this portrait with his teddy bear.

About Trevor by his Mom, Sallie:
Trevor was born on July 1, 2003 and he was perfect. He was born with all the hair you see in this picture. After he was born there was a rainbow about 3 feet from our window so we knew he was special. He was the happiest baby I have ever seen. He slept through every night and never cried. We couldn't go any where without swarms of strangers surrounding him because he was so beautiful. This picture was taken nine days before he died. He was 1 month and 18 days old when God called him home. He died in a car wreck. His car seat belt came aloose during the wreck causing him to come out of the car seat. It happened August 18 2003 on his grandmothers birthday. we were pulling into the driveway and someone hit us in the side. There were pine trees blocking the road making my view very limited. He died august 19 2003 from brain death worse than brain dead. He would have survived if his seat belt hadn't come loose in the wreck. The morning before we left he was staring out the window smiling so beautiful almost laughing. We mentioned that to our pastor and he says that he was smiling at the angels that were there to help him not be afraid. I like to believe that. My brother died 6 months before trevor and he was only 16 and i thought then that I knew what pain and grief were but, I had no idea. We feel a constant unending ache in our hearts for our little angel. All we have now is the beautiful memories, pictures and his belongings. Some day we will join him in heaven and be truly happy.
