- Your Bio with small photo (can be in color)
- 4 photos of your work (no slides) with descriptions (can be on PC formatted disk as .jpg or .gif files)
- A basic mission statement for your work
- we have NO MACs on the premises!
Page Design: You may design your pages yourself, or choose someone on our staff to design them for you. Once you are a member, you may submit your site on a disk (in HTML format plus graphics in .jpg or .gif). Send SASE if you wish the disk to be returned to you.
Copyright: You are responsible for the copyright of all materials in your site, and are considered the owner of copyright for the content of what is in your site. By being in the Gallery, you give permission for the Gallery to display your work in other parts of the Gallery for promotional purposes. Once you withdraw membership, all your work will be withdrawn from the Gallery.
Payment: Payment is in advance for membership and packages. A la carte services are payable ½ in advance, with remainder due on completion of design work. Checks or money orders are payable to Communities Online, Dept. AAG.

- Priority listing (top of page with icon)
- Online Order Form to be sent to your own e-mail
- Guest Book for you to accumulate your own e-mailing list
- One upload of page changes per month (12 a year) without charge

- Each page HTML coding (guesstimate of 1 hour) $50.00

- Custom design services (web design, animations, etc.) $50.00 per hour
- Graphic design (photo retouch, logos, etc) $50.00 per hour
- E-mail forwarding (weekly basis by regular mail) $45.00/quarterly
- Custom programming (guestbook, form) $50.00 per hour
- Page counter (one time setup) $15.00 per counter
- Virtual Domain name registration (covers 2 years) $200.00 ($100 billed directly by InterNIC)
- Editing of pages designed elsewhere $50.00 per hour
